* Winnings in a pro division may include cash and prizes. In amatuer divisions, only prizes are received by players. Prizes given out for extra events (CTP, etc.) may be included in this total.
That's right .... a $500 sweetener just to get things rolling! As promised, here's some more details:
The economy is tough out there! We know it so the TDGA has kicked in some extra cash and kept the registration fees as low as possible.
Divisions - Entry Fees - Pool
Pro/Open - $55 (A)
Pro Women - $55 (A)
Advanced - $45 (A)
Advanced Master- $45 (B)
AM - $35 (B)
AM Women - $35 (B)
JR - $25 (B)
* 3 players required per division. Other divisions are possible. Master divisions may have the choice of which pool they would like to compete. Let us know via the pre-registration form or via this thread as a decision will made prior to tournament day!
Tournament day registration will be VERY LIMITED .... basically 7:00am until 8:05am. Players may pre-register via the tournament page located here and mail advance payments to: TDGA, P.O. Box 3386, Tupelo, Mississippi 38803. There will be registration on Friday evening at Veterans Park in Tupelo. The first 75 "PAID" registrants will receive a tournament T-shirt.
Round Schedule
Pool A - Pro and Advanced Divisions
Round 1 - Tombigbee II (9am)
Round 2 - Veterans 18
Round 3 - Trace Gold (9am)
Pool B - Intermediate Divisions
Round 1 - Tombigbee I (9am)
Round 2 - Tombigbee II
Round 3 - Veterans (10am)
Lunch will be available at Tombigbee on Saturday. The Veterans course is approximately a 15 minute drive from Tombigbee. An hour, possibly more, will be allowed between rounds. As scheduling is tight due to reduced daylight hours, we ask all players to be prompt with arrivals to courses and their starting holes.
Courses
Veterans Park
Pool A will play 18 from the Pro pads while Pool B will play 27 from the Am pads. Most baskets will be in the B position except Hole 9 basket will be in the King position, holes 21 & 22 will be in A positions.
Tombigbee State Park - Courses I & II
Pool A will play from the Pro pads while Pool B will play from the Am pads on both courses
Trace State Park - The Gold Course
Only Pool A will play at Trace
Overnight Accomodations

Roadway ... $65/night (same as above)
