Pre Registration will begin on june 1st 2009; there will be a late fee charge of $5.00 for those waiting untill sat morning to register; you will be able to register from 12:00 fri untill 4:00; there will be no online registration but by mail only. reg. on friday will take place at pavilion 4. Saturday morn. sign ups from 07:30 till players meeting.

If there is a junior division they will only play 2 rounds on saturday; this could change according to attendance
ACE POT: $4.00 ace pot each day one for sat. and one for sunday.
LUNCH: Will be on site and will be done by panhandler b.b.q. the same as the snacs last year
Player Packs: The first 60 paid teams will receive a players pack
Camping/trailers/cabins: we have plenty of camping space up to 1000 spots , 15 2 berroom traqilers and 7 primitive cabins
All financial records and moneys will be kept at Pen Air federal credit union; with 3 names on the account mine, jims and mike p. we will keep up dates of sign ups ans sponserships here on this thread. any questions are welcome.
SPONSORSHIPS: Hole sponsorships and or donations should be made out to SNDC; Hole sponserships are $25.00 and donations no limit; you can buy up to 3 hole sponserships.
